As my wife and I had our first child we were coming in pretty blind and Nysiah was able to not only help with our new parent anxieties but give us a newfound confidence as well as rest so that we could be more present in the day time. Nysiah cared for my six month old infant for a few months before a move

She was incredibly reliable and professional. She connected immediately with our baby. She had great techniques to build connection. For example, on our first meeting, she asked us for his favorite toy and then used that to make him feel completely comfortable and at ease with her. She had a number of techniques to soothe him and he absolutely loved her. His little face would light up whenever he saw her.

Nysiah had a very calm temperament and had a number of ways to soothe and comfort our baby. She comfortably put him down for naps, a feat that we struggled with most times. She had excellent communication skills and is overall very professional. I highly recommend her.

My son was 3 months old when Nysiah started up until the age of 5 years old. She was super reliable, even for spontaneous date nights or emergencies and was very patient with my son as he went through his toddler tempernants. I really loved the constant updates of his development and picture mail I received while at work it gave me so much reassurance to be apart his day in anyway. You can tell she has a genuine joy for childcare. Highly recommended!
